LONDON: Lays, for the first time has brought together living legends of two most popular sports in a TV commercial Ad as Cricket Legend Wasim Akram and is seen with legendary footballer Lionel Messi in the latest Lays advertisement which the company launched on its Facebook page today.
The video goes with the hashtag #Layslegends and has managed to gain popularity soon after hitting the social media network.
Lionel Messi, 28, won the Ballon d’Or last night for the fifth time in his career. Ballond’Or is the award given each year by FIFA to the player that football coaches, captains and journalists vote for as the best player for that particular year.
He received 41% of the votes defeating rival Cristiano Ronaldo who managed to receive 27%. The Argentinian and FC Barcelona forward has often been regarded by many people as the greatest player the game has ever seen.
