Skipper Misbah ul Haq suffers knee injury

KARACHI: Test captain of Pakistan cricket team Misbah ul Haq suffered through knee injury during national one day tournament, TheNewsTribe.com reported.

Coach of Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited team, Basit Ali revealed that Misbah ul Haq will not miss the national one day tournament.

“Mibah ul Haq will not able to play cricket for two to three months,” he told. Mohammad Asif, Salman Butt and other national player are playing the ongoing national tournament.

Mohammad Asif and Salman Butt are representing two different team in nation one day tournament.  Butt, who is representing Wapda in the domestic game, scored a century on his return against FATA.

Salman Butt hoped that he would perform consistently to make international return.

The ICC lifted their sanctions on the pair in September last year, making them eligible for national and international matches.
