LAHORE: Pakistan Cricket team’s Twenty20 (T20) captain Shahid Afridi’s clash with local TV reporter has worsened as media persons have recorded a protest against skipper’s ‘bad behavior.’
The protest took place outside National Cricket Academy Lahore which ended on a demand that Afridi should apologize for his behavior.
However, Afridi has refused to take his words back and blamed ‘the reporter to have some personal rift with him.’
He also criticized media for being over reactive on this issue.
Whereas, some media experts have termed this issue as a ‘designed campaign’ against Shahid Afridi to effect his captaincy.
