MQM files adjournment motion against Amir in NA

KARACHI: Pakistan’s fourth largest political party Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) has filed an adjournment motion against left arm fast bowler Mohammad Amir’s inclusion in the national side.

According to details, the motion was filed by Sajid Hussain, Iqbal Mohammad and other MQM’s parliamentarians. They were of the opinion that players who disgraced our country, should not be allowed back in the game on any level.

MQM parliamentarians demanded to call a national assembly session to discuss this issue.

It is pertinent to that Mohammad Amir has been selected for New Zealand tour after he impressed selectors with his outstanding performances in domestic circuit and than in Bangladesh Premier League.
