Indian NSA calls Pakistani counterpart

NEW DELHI: Indian National Security Advisor Ajit Doval on Tuesday has called his Pakistani counterpart Lt. Gen (R) Nasir Janjua, The NewsTribe.com learnt from Indian Media.

Ajit Doval welcomed the Pakistani statement in which Pakistan condemned the PathanKot Air Base attack and looked forward for better ties in the future.

Also Indian NSA exchanged few evidences about the terrorists who attacked Pathankot Base.

Pakistan Foreign Office has issued a statement in which they have assured that Pakistan is working on the evidences that India has provided.

Earlier on Saturday night at least 6,7 terrorists had launched a terror attack on the Indian Air Force base in PathanKot, Punjab.

Up to the latest updates at least 11 Indian Air Force personnel have lost their lives in the attack, 8 are injured while 5 terrorists have been killed in retaliation.

According to Indian media, 6,7 the terrorists entered the Base in military get up and media has quoted that the vehicle which has been used in the attack was hijacked from Suprintendent Police (SP) in Gurdaspur area.

Fight is still continued in the Base as Indian media has claimed that still one terrorist is hiding in the premises of PathanKot Base on 4th day of the incident.
