Pakistan’s National Assembly session starts

Pakistan's National Assembly session starts | thenewstribe.ioISLAMABAD: The National Assembly session in Pakistan has started today with some important matters on its agenda including debate on Presidential speech and Income Tax revised bill, TheNewsTribe.com reported.

National Assembly Speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq has already called the House Business Advisory Committee meeting ahead of the session to finalise the agenda and duration of the session.

Finance Minister Ishaq Dar presented the income-tax ordinance and financial institution bill which later forwarded to the standing committee for further proceeding.

Pakistan’s Tehreek e Insaf’s (PTI) newly elected member National Assembly, Jahangeer Khan Tareen took oath during the session.

The session will also discuss withholding tax ordinance.

After long absent PTI Chief Imran Khan also present during the session.

The stormy session has been started under the chair of National Assembly Speaker in the afternoon.
