Army chief meets Saudi vice Defence Minister

RAWALPINDI: Chief of Army Staff Genral Raheel Sharif on Thursday has met Saudi Arabian Vice Defence Minister Mohammad Bin Abdullah Al Aish in GHQ, Rawalpindi.

According to details from Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) General Raheel Sharif and Saudi vice Defence Minister exchanged views on bilateral cooperation and regional situation during the meeting.

Sources said Pakistan’s role in 34-nation ‘Islamic military alliance’, formed by the Saudi Arabia to fight terrorism, was also discussed in the meeting at General Headquarters of Pakistan Army.
