KARACHI: Pakistan’s legendary batsman and former Test captain Javed Miandad has stated that three countries including South Africa, New Zealand and Australia will not grant to tainted fast bowler Mohammad Amir, and if they did, it will only bring shame to Pakistan.
‘Lion of Sharjah’ was quite critical of Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and said that he was clueless to why whole country’s integrity was risked for just one player who actually brought shame for Pakistan for the sake of few dollars.
Miandad was of the opinion that bringing in tainted players will down Pakistan’s name in cricketing world.
