ISLAMABAD: Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Senator Pervaiz Rashid responded to the speech of chairman Pakistan Peoples Party Bilawal Bhutto and said that parliament is already supervising the National Action Plan (NAP).
Federal Minister told the Model Town tragedy is unfair since the responsibility of the massacre is yet to be decided.
Pervaiz Rashid said that NAP is already being supervised by the parliament. “Why wasn’t NAP set up under former presidents Asif Ali Zardari and Pervez Musharraf? It was PML-N that formulated it and the party is proud of this achievement”, said Rashid.
Earlier, while addressing a ceremony arranged for the 8th death anniversary of Benazir Bhutto, he said that Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) failed to run Pakistan Steel Mills and Pakistan International Airlines (PIA).
“National Action Plan is just for political victimization,” he claimed. He also said that not a single commander of terrorist arrested by federal government.
He also said that PPP gave sacrifices for the betterment of Pakistan and faced target killings in every decade.
