LAHORE: The Chairman Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Shahryar Khan has called an emergency meeting on December 25 to resolve the issue of Mohammad Amir’s inclusion in team for New Zealand tour, TheNewsTribe.com reported.

According to details, Shahryar Khan will meet with with head coach of Pakistan cricket team Waqar Yonis, chief selector national team Harron ur Rasheed and with Shahid Afridi who will lead the Pakistan team in T20 format.

Sources told that PCB chairman gave the mission of Amir’s inclusion in team to Waqar Younis but he failed to satisfied the other players.

Earlier, Waqar Younis stated that he has always backed talented fast bowler Mohammad Amir as he has completed his punishment for his wrong doings.

While talking to media after the fitness camp, Pakistan head coach said that all the players in camp are working hard, while main focus is on fielding and fitness of the players.

Commenting on Mohammad Amir’s international return Waqar said that he has always backed Amir’s national team return and he is working to make way for him along with bowling coach Mushtaq Ahmed.

On the other side, Pakistan ODI captain Azhar Ali and opening batsman Mohammad Hafiz boycott fitness camp opposing Mohammad Amir’s inclusion in camp.
