LAHORE: Legendary fast bowler and former captain of Pakistan Cricket Team Wasim Akram has advised the current coach Waqar Younis to be friendly with the players.

Wasim also advised not to be strict that he imposes fines on them as it would not help him but it would create differences between him and the players.

Wasim added that it is not good for the reputation of the team when things are leaked out of the dressing rooms and when media highlights such things, so they should remain between the coach and the players and they should be close to each other.

It is pertinent to mention here that Wasim Akram and Waqar Younis were very good friends back in their days when they played for Pakistan as they used to open the bowling for them team and together they were threat for any side in the world, which is why they were known as 2 Ws.
