KARACHI: Repair work of two main water pipelines, which burst yesterday on University Road in Karachi, is still underway.
According to managing director of water board, the repair work would soon be concluded after which water supply to the affected areas would be resumed.
Yesterday, a water pipeline burst in Karachi’s area of Gulshan-e-Iqbal and another near Federal Urdu University area that caused flooding on the roads and created a severe traffic jam.
Meanwhile, efforts are also being made to clear the submerged roads near Federal Urdu University
