ISLAMABAD: Three key suspects of Imran Farooq murder case were presented before court on Sunday in Islamabad, TheNewsTribe.com reported.
Three suspects were presented in the court of Duty Judge Haider Ali. Court gave the one day remand of suspects. Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) anti-terrorism cell presented the three nominated accused of Imran Farooq murder case in court.
Muazzam, Ali Mohsin Ali and Khalid Shamim were now present in Anti-terrorism court.
On Saturday, FIA launched First Information Report (FIR) against Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) leader Altaf Hussain over Imran Farooq murder case.
MQM leaders Mohammad Anwar, Muazzim Ali, Kashif, Syed Mohsin Ali and Khalid Shameem have also been nominated in the FIR.
The case filed by the counter-terrorism section of the investigation agency has been registered under clause 7 of the anti-terrorism act (ATA).
