MIRPUR: Skipper of Pakistan cricket team Shahid Afridi played vital role in win of Sylhet Super Stars against Barisal Bulls in third edition of Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) on Sunday.
Shahid Afridi showed his experience and talent during match against Barisal Bull. Afridi took two important wickets and gave only five runs in limited four-over spell.
He also bowled a maiden over. Another Pakistani bowler Sohail Tanir gave brilliant performance in match. He bowled a maiden over in three-over spell and took one wicket by giving only three runs.
Barisal Bulls only scored 58 runs and set lowest total of BPL for Sylhet Super Stars. Sylhet Super Stars won the match by nine wickets.
