KARACHI: At least two people were injured in firing incidentĀ in UC-16, Orangi Town, TheNewsTribe.com reported.
According to details, unknown gunmen resorted firing inĀ in UC-16, Orangi Town. Two people were injured in incident.
Injured people were shifted to hospital near by. Rangers and Police arrived at site and take control of the area.
Clashes between the workers of different parties were reported in different areas of Karachi Division. Another incident reported in which unknown armed men resorted to aerial firing outside a polling station in Gulzar-e-Hijri area.
Commissioner Karachi Shoaib Ahmed Siddiqui also visit the different polling stations of Karachi and vowed to control the law and order situation.
Rangers also took action against the culprits and while using powers of magistrate,Ā awarded three months sentence to three fake polling agents each arrestedĀ earlier in a day.
According to Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP)Ā will continue till 5.30pm without any break.
