PESHAWAR:Peshwar traffic police warden fined a sitting member of provincial assembly of Khyber Pakhtonkhwa Sahibzada Sanaullah belonging to Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) for using mobile phone during driving.
Sahibzada Sanaullah was talking on his mobile phone while driving when the traffic imposed a fine of Rs 500.
The MPA indulged in bickering for at least half an hour, arguing that he was a VIP and could not be fined.
