ISLAMABAD: Secretary Election Commission of Pakistan Babar Yaqoob declared Local Bodies election in Islamabad free and fair.
In a statement he claimed that ECP not received any complain of rigging in LB polls in capital city of Islamabad.
He also said that voting process was completed with any major clashes in city.
While, chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) criticized that he was stopped from hold campaign for LB polls, while on the other side Premier Nawaz Sharif gave packages for the people of Gilgit and Punjab but he was not asked for violation of conduct by ECP.
Imran Khan casted his vote in in Model School Mohra Noor polling station in UC-23.
According to details, Imran Khan’s vote no. is 616 and polling at the Mohra Noor station was stopped half an hour before Imran Khan arrived the site.
