MUMBAI: The 16-year-old son of Sachin Tendulkar impressed the team selectors and manage to made his spot in team.
Arjun Tendulkar wa named in the 15-strong squad to represent Mumbai in India’s main under-16 competition after scoring a century and taking four wickets in a trial tournament.
“He did well in the selection trials… The selectors have picked him as an all-rounder,” Mumbai Cricket Association joint secretary PV Shetty told the Indian Express.
Legendary player Sachin who ruled the cricket world, also started his career from Mumbai cricket team.
