MIANWALI: Workers of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) on Monday has stopped Chairman party Imran Khan on Essa Khel road, Mianwali, Punjab, Pakistan.
According to details, PTI workers were protesting against the unjust division of tickets for Local Bodies polls in the city. Protesters are holding black flags in their hands.
LB polls are to be held on Novemeber 19 in Mianwali.
Earlier Imran Khan yesterday while addressing the people said that Nawaz government is doing nothing for farmers and just focusing on its Metro service but people of Mianwali will give him message by electing PTI in the upcoming LB polls that PTI is the future of Pakistan.
Also few days back (PTI) has fired its three organizers in different districts.
According to details, Imran Khan himself fired these organizer over favoritism in issuing electoral tickets for the Local bodies Election in their respective districts after getting so many complaints against him.
Fired organizers included Ahmed Ali Dareshak from Dera Ghazi Khan, Fiaz ul Hassan Chohan from Rawalpindi and Rana Raheel from Rahim Yar Khan.
Khan fired all these after meeting with PTI national organizer Shah Mehmood Qureshi.
