KARACHI: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has arrived in Karachi on one-day visit, he will witness Pakistan Navy’s ongoing exercise ‘Sea Spark 2015’.
According to sources, PM Sharif will inspect the ongoing naval exercises and spend time with navy seals in the war-like environment of ‘Sea Spark 2015’ drills.
During his time with naval personnel, he will witness Pakistan Navy’s war drills, liaisons with other armed forces and combined operational capabilities.
The premier is also expected to partake in a ceremony of minority community at Governor House. He will meet Chief Minister Qaim Ali Shah and Governor Ishrat-ul-Ebad Khan at Governor House.
It should be mentioned here that Sea Spark 2015 is a real time naval drills to assess operational preparedness of Pakistan Navy to undertake tasks in any challenging and extraordinary situation.
Meantime, Chief Minister Qaim Ali shah will brief the Prime Minister who will have elaborate discussion on various issues including those relating National Action Plan.
