KARACHI: Secretory Education of Sindh and Director Schools in late hours of Saturday has announced that all the private and government schools of the metropolitan will remain open on Monday.
Director Schools Mansoob Siddiquee while talking to Geo News told that November 9 will be a working day.
Chairman Private school Association Karachi had stated that they will observe holiday on Iqbal Day but he took his statement back soon.
Earlier, KP government announced to observe public holiday on Monday, whereas Punjab and Baluchistan government have cancelled gazetted holiday.
Sindh government is so far silent on this issue.
