RIYADH: Chief of the Army Staff (COAS) General Raheel Sharif on Tuesday arrived in Saudi Arabia on a two-day official visit, TheNewsTribe.com reported.
General Sharif was accorded warm welcome upon his arrival. Deputy Defence Minister and commander of Saudi land forces received him on airport.
According to a statement issued by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the army chief met General Abdul Rahman bin Saleh Al-Bunyan, Chief of General Staff Saudi Forces.
During the meeting, military to military relations, defence cooperation and regional security situation came under discussion.
