Pakistan’s private airline plane escapes disaster at Lahore Airport

LAHORE: Shaheen Airline’s buoying plane which had over 200 passengers on board escaped a disastrous accident as all the tyres went flat during landing on Allama Iqbal International Airport, TheNewsTRibe.com reported.

According to details, pilot had to make a crash landing in the grass besides runway as plane’s gear jammed during landing.

All the passengers are reported safe, while few had minor injuries.

After the landing, pilot was immediately taken for a medical check up to find out if he was drunk, but he was fine.

Plane’s both wings have been broken and it is an unusable condition.
