School teacher, guard badly injured in gun attack

RAWALPINDI: Some unidentified men on Thursday opened fire on a local school teacher and his guard in Rawalpindi, leaving them both badly injured, TheNewsTribe.com reported.

The teacher called Nazeer Imrani was on his way to home when he was attacked by some unknown assailants as a result of which he and his guard were wounded critically.

Both of them were shifted to Benazir Bhutto hospital for medical assistance where doctors say that the teacher has been struck with two bullets.

The culprits escaped from the scene after the incident however; police has registered a case against the unidentified men in Sadiqabad police station and is conducting raids to nab them.
