Punjab CNG stations closed for unidentified period

LAHORE: Beginning of winter season has brought misery for owners of CNG filling stations in Punjab where the fuel gas outlets have been closed for an indefinite period.

According to our correspondent, CNG gas supply to filling stations across the province was closed this morning for an indefinite period.

Authorities said the measure was taken in the wake of increased demand of natural gas by domestic users.

Officials ensure that industries and domestic users would continue to get CNG and natural gas throughout the winter season.
