Find out what your hands say about your health

Find out what your hands say about your health| TheNewsTribe.com

Do you know that your hands along with providing you a detailed view of your personality also tells a great deal about your health? They can also tell if you are having any disease, if yes then which one.

If you have hands similar to described as below you should rush to the doctor.

Your nail color might be telling you about Kidney disease

If your nails are two toned i.e. are of different colors then you may be a victim of kidney disease. If the lower part of your nail is white and upper part is brown it is a point of concern. Because the nail color may be caused due to concentration of certain hormones and chronic anemia, both of these are traits of a chronic kidney disease.

Strength of your grip tells about your heart health

Weak grip represents a high risk of heart attack or stroke and low chances of survival. Grip strength is a better predictor of a heart attack than is blood pressure. It marks overall muscle strength and fitness and if one has weak grip, whole body strength training and aerobic exercise is highly recommended.

Perspiring hands may be a predictor of Hyperhidrosis

Over sweaty hands may be an indication of menopause, thyroid conditions or hyperhidrosis. In hyperhidrosis overactive sweat glands cause the hands to perspire more than usual. Most people who have this condition only have perspiring armpits, palms or feet.
