7 FC personnel martyred in firing incident on Pak-Afghan border

RAWALPINDI: At least seven security personnel of Frontier Constabulary (FC) on Monday have embraced martyrdom in an attack from Afghanistan on Pakistani check post.

According to Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), military media of Pakistan, the incident of firing took place in Angurada, site of South Waziristan at tip of Pak-Afghan border.

The firing incident follows the same incident from August this year when militants from Afghanistan targeted a Pakistani check post and killed four Pakistani soldiers.

The incident was befittingly responded by Pakistani side.
