Indian government is responsible for growing intolerance in country: Gulzar

NEW DELHI: Famous Indian poet and film-maker Gulzar on Saturday has claimed that Modi government is responsible for growing activities of intolerance in country as there have been no freedom of expression in India.

While giving an interview to Asia News International (ANI), Indian asset said that he had never thought of such a day when he will have to tell his religion before his name and its all because of current Indian government.

Gulzar said that everybody in the country is living in the atmosphere of fear and uncertainty, they have have never seen such an atmosphere in the state before this.

He blamed that Indian society can not be blamed for increasing incidents of extremism as flaws are there inside the ruling people and their decisions.
