PESHAWAR: Chief of Army Staff General Raheel Sharif visited Frontier Corps (FC) head-quarter, Peshawar on Tuesday, TheNewsTribe.com reported.
General Raheel Sharif examined the different sections of head-quarter and met with soldiers. COAS vowed to cut the roots of terrorisim from country.
He also examined the human and armed resources of FC at Peshawar
The Frontier Corps is a provincial auxiliary force part of the Paramilitary forces of Pakistan. The Frontier Corps is recruited mostly from the tribal areas along the western borders and are the direct counterparts to the Rangers of the eastern provinces.
