NA-122 results, Ayaz Sadiq’s win on stake

LAHORE: The candidate of Pakistan Peoples Party in the recent by polls in NA-122, Barrister Amir Hassan on Saturday has submitted an application to recount votes in constituency to Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP).

According to details, Amir Hassan is of the opinion in his application that votes has been changed in the recent by-elections in NA-122, Lahore.

He requested ECP to recount the votes in NA-122.

It is to be kept in mind that ECP has already received an application to recount the votes in NA-122 from Awami Party’s candidate Ishtiaq Chaudhry during last week.

Ruling Party’s Ayaz Sadiq was declared as winner in the constituency, he had the neck to neck contest with Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s Aleem Khan in by-polls.
