Going early to bed

Specialists claim that going early to sleep is not good for everyone. The insomniac patients usually go to bed too soon. It is better to go to sleep after a while because when you are up at late, this would signal to your body that you need more sleep and thus when you go to sleep you will be asleep as soon as you go to bed.

Making to-do lists

These lists can keep you organized but also can weaken your memory. The principle ‘use it or lose it’ applies to human brain as well. So, keep your to-do list to your mind. Experts suggest the storytelling technique here, just make an animated account of your to-do chores and this would help you remembering them.

Workouts

Daily exercise is a healthy thing to do but can turn out into bane. If you do not take break from the daily workout, you can face an overuse injury, like tendinitis or a rotator cuff tear. So never repeat the same routine two days in arrow, especially the ones who have suffered from such injuries.

Researching health related info on Wikipedia

This encyclopedia is very popular and come very handy when one needs to search in detail. But the site is not very reliable, if the info is compared with medical journals multiple errors are found every nine out of ten articles. So, do not believe on every little thing the site comes up with.
