KHYBER AGENCY: Frontier Corp on Saturday morning has apprehended 18 financiers of terrorists and recovered foreign currency and gold, TheNewsTribe.com reported.
According to initial details, FC conducted an operation on a tip off and arrested 18 financiers and supporters of terrorists from Khyber Agency.
At least 3 kilo gram of stolen gold, 1500 gram of silver, US dollars, Riyals and Dirhams were also recovered from suspects.
The action was taken under National Action Plan.
Heavy cache of weapons was also recovered during search.
An official, wanting to be unanimous, told TheNewsTribe.com that value of foreign currency reaches aroun 6.5 carors.
They have been financing all the terror activities in Fata, KPK and this northern region, official told.
Arrested suspects have been transferred to an undisclosed place for investigation.
