KARACHI: Rangers personnel in fresh raids have arrested at least seven suspected people from Karachi area of Ajmer Nagri in Saturday’s wee hours.
The Para-military forces after deploying personnel on exit and entry points of Ajmer Nagri area of Mohabbat Nagar and scoured through selected houses.
During the targeted search operation, seven people were rounded up. All of them have been shifted to undisclosed location for interrogations.
The sources said all six arrested suspects are workers of a political party.
Separately, the security personnel raided an area in Malir’s Model Colony overnight and arrested three foreigners, according to sources.
The sources said the security men seized firearms from the foreign nationals.
In yet another targeted action by police, a target-killer hailing from a political party was collared from Ranchore Line.
Target killer, Faisal alias Mama was wanted by police on multiple counts of targeted killings, according to police sources.
