PM Nawaz chairs a meeting on LNG issues at PM House

PM convenes high level meeting to review anti-terrorism action plan|TheNewsTribe.com

ISLAMABAD: The Prime Minister was briefed about the status of LNG import and related power projects in Pakistan where he was told that 3,600 megawatts will be added by summer 2017 from LNG.

The PM directed that all activities should be conducted and executed in accordance with relevant state laws and said that no stone should be left unturned to ensure timely completion of LNG power projects as per committed schedule.

Ministry of Petroleum and Ministry of Water and Power shall work in close coordination to complete the projects, he als stated.

The Prime Minister showed confidence that the Government will address the issue of load shedding.
