HARARE – Pakistani Shaheens ready to take on Zimbabwe team in second One Day International (ODI) match of the series on October 3.
Pakistan team after winning T20 series under the captaincy of Shahid Afridi, Shaheens grabbed the victory in first ODI courtesy Yasir Shah’s deadly bowling.
Azhar Ali is leading the Pakistan team. Green Shirts can snatch the series from host team by winning second ODI of three match series.
Earlier, Pakistan won the first One Day International match of the series against Zimbabwe on Thursday at Harare Sports Club.
Pakistan team grabbed the victory easily courtesy Yasir Shah’s brilliant bowling. He took six wickets and declared man of the match.
Shoaib Malik took three and wickets, while Imad Wasim managed to get one wicket. Pakistan spin attack snatched the game from Zimbabwe.
Pakistan have set a sizable target of 260 for Zimbabwe in first of the three-match One Day International series at Harare Cricket Club.
