137 more dengue cases registered in Rawalpindi

RAWALPINDI: 137 fresh cases of dengue fever has been registered on Thursday in three government-run hospitals of Rawalpindi, Pakistan, which takes the tally of dengue patients within one months to 934.

According to details, out of 137 victims, 76 dengue patients were registered at Holy Family Hospital, 55 at Benazir Bhutto Hospital and six at District Headquarters Hospital.

This fresh list of tally of dengue patients contained no data from private medical facilities in the city.

All the patients at the government-run hospitals arrived from 70 city union councils and 20 wards of Rawalpindi and Chaklala Cantonment Board.

Health officials have directed people to take great care of themselves in the current dengue scenario.
