ISLAMABAD: National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has now introduced online service for issuance and renewal of National Identity Cards (NIC).
Interior Minister Chaudhary Nisar in a press conference inaugurated an online website named Pak Identity and give this good news to the nation.
He also said that government wants to make issuance and renewal of Passports online.
He said, “Now nobody will have to wait for hours in queue, other than those who are getting their NIC for the first time, they will have to appear at nearby NADRA office with their original Form-B and birth certificate along with other required documents to get them registered, once for all.”
The newly launched website, Pak Identity has made it easier and clearer to get your NIC at your door step within ten days.
All you have to do is to get yourself registered through an account given on the site.
