Bollywood ‘Calendar Girls’ banned in Pakistan

ISLAMABAD – Pakistani Ministry of Culture refused to give No Objection Certificate (NOC) to the upcoming Bollywood movie Calendar.

Ministry of Culture sent official letter sent to Censor Board in which they clearly mention that they won’t issue a No Objection Certificate (NOC) to the film.

According to details, Ministry of Culture refused to issue NOC due to objectionable dialogue in the movie.

Earlier, Lahore High Court  banned Bollywood movie Phantom in Pakistan.

Lahore High Court issued the verdict over petition filed by Chief of  Jammat-ud-Dawah Hafiz Saeed against the Bollywood movie Phantom.
