LAHORE: Senior leader of Pakistan peoples Party and former head of Pakistan Hockey Federation Qasim Zia has been released from jail on Wednesday.
After getting released, while talking to media Zia told there was neither a case nor any FIR was filed against him.
‘I was trapped’ he added.
Earlier today, Lahore High Court granted him bail after consulting with National Accountability Bureau  (NAB) counsel.
It is to be kept in mijnd that Qasim Zia was arrested last month over corruption charges.
