Violent protesters bang eggs on Khawaja Salman Rafiq in Sheikh Zaid Hospital, Lahore

LAHORE: Violent protestors on Monday threw eggs on Health Advisor of Punjab, Khawaja Salman Rafiq during the protest of young doctors’, paramedics’ staff and nurses’ in Shaikh Zaid Hospital, Lahore.

According to details, Young doctors, nurses and paramedics staff took part in the protest and  Khawaja Salman Rafiq hide himself in lift to save him from protesters and his officers staff was busy in saving him from the protesters.

According to paramedics staff in hospital, protest will continue till the apology of Khawaja Salman Rafiq.

It is to be kept in mind that protesters demanded government to withdraw from their decision to privatize the public hospitals as privatization would leave a serious impact on the healthcare system of the province.
