Pak-India flag meeting to be held today to defuse LoC tension

LAHORE: Flag meeting between Pakistan and India will be held today (Monday)  in Chakan-da-Bagh crossing point in Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir.

The meeting will be held between the border authorities to discuss the issue of ceasefire violations on the Line of Control (LoC).

“India and Pakistan will hold a Brigade Commander level flag meeting at Chakan De Bagh crossing,” PRO Defence Northern Command Col. S D Goswami said as reported by the Indian media.

“The field commanders from both sides will discuss the modalities to defuse the tense situation on border,” he added.
