Govt introduces SMS service for passports

ISLAMABAD – Federal Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar on Wednesday inaugurated SMS service for receipt of passports.   

Federal Minister Chaudhry Nisar introduced the SMS service for receipt of passports. He said government want to simplify the procedures of passports  and CNIC.

He said that people will get their passport at their door step. “People will get their passports without any reference,” he said.

Federal Minister also vowed to establish mega collection center. He also told that ECL system is totally reviewed and at least 5000 name were removed from ECL.

Interior Minister revealed that 138 workers were terminated because of corruption.
