Congo virus: Federal government advises citizens to be careful

ISLAMABAD: Federal government has advised its citizens to be careful during the looming congo virus threat ahead of Eid-ul-Azha.

According to details, government has advised after the death of a 54-year-old patient in Multan affected from congo virus.

All the cattle traders and citizens are advised to exercise extra care while touching the animals.

The medical experts are of the opinion that it is better to keep distance even after bringing the animals home and they have demanded the anti-congo virus sprays in the cattle markets.

This virus can spread even by touching or hugging the sacrificial animal if it is infected.

Moreover, The health department of Punjab has issued an alert as the fear of the congo virus outbreak in Punjab.
