Ten feet long snake found in Lahore

LAHORE – At least ten feet long snake found at Bagh e Jinnah, Lahore on Saturday, TheNewsTribe.com reported. 

People killed 10 feet long and 40 kg heavy snake in Bagh e Jinnah.

Director Pakistan Zoological Department revealed that it was female python snake.

The Pythonidae, commonly known simply as pythons, from the Greek word Python are a family of nonvenomous (though see the section “Toxins” below) snakes found in Africa, Asia and Australia.

Among its members are some of the largest snakes in the world. Eight genera and 26 species are currently recognized.
