Anti dengue spray lands 100 plus schoolgirls to hospital in Jhelum

JHELUM: More than 100 girls fell unconscious in a government high school on Saturday after dengue protection spray by the local administration in Jhelum, District of Punjab Pakistan.

According to details, all the affecties of spray were sent to Domeli Hospital in Jhelum for first aid treatment.

Chief Minister of Punjab Shehbaz Sharif took notice of this action and ordered probe into incident and asked CM advisor on health and secretary health to submit report over the incident.

He further said “Such incidents are unacceptable and action would be taken against officials for showing negligence.”

It is to be kept in mind that this is second time in the running week that student fell due to fictitious dengue spray. Earlier this week same kind of incident occured in Attock, district of Punjab, Pakistan.
