ISLAMABAD – Foreign Office Spokesman Qazi Khalilullah denied the media reports regarding appointment of former Director General Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) Major-General (retd) Athar Abbas as Pakistan’s High Commissioner to United Kingdom.
Qazi Khalilullah said that Pakistan is ready to talk with India without preconditions.
“Pakistan strongly condemns terrorism in all forms and manifestations,” he said.
During weekly briefing he said that terrorism is common threat and Pakistan is committed to cut the roots of terrorism
He also told that Border issue between Pakistan and Afghanistan is settled. Foreign Office Spokesman denied the media reports about Ithar Abbas and clarified that appointment of Athar Abbas as Pakistani High Commissioner to UK is not true.
While talking about operation Zarb e Azb he said that Pakistan Army will soon achieve all the set goals.
