Pakistan ready for any kind of escalation against it: Khawaja Asif

ISLAMABAD: Federal Defence Minister of Pakistan Khawaja Asif responded the Indian Army chief’s statement which he gave earlier this week, in the same kind.

According to details, Khawaja Asif said Pakistan is ready for any short or prolonged war if Indian leadership proceeded with same manner.

Defence Minister said “Our forces crushed the Indian dreams of occupying Lahore back in 1965 and will do the same in future.”

He said that Pakistan is fighting against terrorism on their own soil and they are very ready to respond if any external factor took charge against it.

He further added no one including Prime Minister of Pakistan Nawaz Sharif would hesitate to sacrifice if situation came so.

It is to be kept in mind that Indian Army chief Dalbir Singh on Tuesday gave a statement that India is ready to face any offensive action against it no matter whether it is small war or prolonged war.
