ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court has ordered Khurram Rasool, the media adviser of former Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gillani to give schedule of paying back Rs 60 million which he got in Liquid Petroleum Gas (LPG) fraud.
According to details, two-member bench of Islamabad High Court including Justice Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui and Athar Minallah heard the bail request of Khurram Rasool on Monday.
Khurram is accused of getting Rs 60 million through fraud in LPG.
Khurram’s lawyer told Court that he (Khurram) is willing to pay back all the amount he gained through fraud while court ordered Khurram to give schedule of giving back all the money within 14 days.
