LAHORE: Federal Information Minster and senior leader of Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz, Parvez Rashid has warned Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf’s chairman Imran Khan to avoid sit-in politics or it would end in the same manner as it did last year.
Addressing to a press conference in Lahore, Parvez Rashid said that nation has rejected Imran Khan’s negative politics. He said Haripur elections are eye opener and hoped that IK will not repeat the same mistake.
He said government has no authority to change Election Commission’s members and if Imran Khan wants so, he should use a parliamentary platform rather than streets.
Information minister said no one would be subjected to political victimization and Khursheed Shah’s reservations over ECP and operation against corruption in Sindh will be addressed.
Commenting over Indian agitation on Working Boundary he said, Pakistan is concerned on Indian violation on LoC and will raise this issue on all international forums.
