LAHORE: Election Tribunal Lahore in its detailed verdict of NA-98 and has stated that no candidate can be disqualified only on the basis of allegations.
According to details, Election Tribunal Judge Kazim Ali Malik has announced a detailed verdict comprising on 45 pages, for constituency of National Assembly, NA-98.
It has been stated in detailed verdict that none of allegations (irregularities in elections and fake degree of winning candidate Tariq Mehmood) has been proved in this constituency.
Election Tribunal cancelled the petition and said that accuser has failed to prove his allegations in Court no candidate can be disqualified just on the basis of accusations.
It is to be kept in mind that runner-up candidate of Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP), Imtiaz Safdar Warraich challenged the degree of winning candidate of Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PMLN), Tariq Mehmood in NA-98.
